Each of these 7.1 speaker home theater audio packages includes a home theater receiver with 3D-ready HDMI inputs and A/V switching and Dolby True HD and DTS HD Master Audio decoding, plus a matching eight-piece surround sound speaker system inside a single large box.
You will need to separately supply and connect your own A/V source components such as a Blu-ray Disc player, PlayStation 3, Xbox, Wii, and/or HDTV receiver/ DVR with HDMI cable -- You may also need Ethernet cable, speaker wire, subwoofer cable, and a surge protector.
The Onkyo HT-S9400THX 7.1-Channel Network A/V Receiver + Speakers Package pictured to the right is the only THX I/S Certified SYSTEM, but the receiver features just 4 HDMI inputs.
The Onkyo HT-S8409 7.1-Channel Network A/V Receiver + Speakers Package pictured bottom right includes the TX-NR609 7.2 channel network THX Select Certified RECEIVER (not the whole system) with 6 HDMI inputs.
